Born in 1990 in the U.S., 1m71 high, weighing 47 kg with three rounds of 83-60-88 measurements, the pure Vietnamese beauty, Victoria Thuy Vy has won the hearts of the audience at the Miss Vietnam World 2010 . In the finale, she was second runner up and Miss Sports side. Thuy Vy industry study business administration, University of UC Berkeley.
